Almond Flour Biscuits

Whisk together some almond flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a medium size mixing bowl.  Set aside.

Melt some butter or margarine in microwave.

Add some Miracle Whip to the margarine and whisk. Whisk eggs into the liquid until well combined.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl.  Stir to combine.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Drop batter by scoopfuls onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Remove from oven and allow to cool.
