Banana Fudge

Place a medium sized sauce pan on stove and dump some butter in. Turn the burner to medium heat.

Add brown sugar and  evaporated milk. Stir occasionally until butter melts and then stir continuously.

Once it begins to boil stop stirring and allow to boil for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and pour into a pyrex measuring cup or bowl.

Stir in some banana extract.

Gradually stir in some icing sugar until fully integrated.

Scrape into a greased  or lined pan. Allow to set for a few hours.

Once set dump the fudge  out of pan onto a cutting board.

Use a very sharp knife to cut the fudge into squares.

You should get about 36  - 42 squares of fudge.
