BBQ Shepherd's Pie Recipe

Cook some ground beef and diced onions in a large skillet. Season with salt and pepper.

Add some brown gravy mix, water and bbq sauce to the pan.

Stir well until all of the ground beef is well coated in the sauce.

Dump the meat mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle some frozen mixed vegetables over the meat.

Spread some prepared mashed potatoes on top.

Drizzle some bbq sauce over the potatoes.

Bake until bubbling and potatoes are browning around the edges.
