Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Prepare crust by dumping Duinkerken Pizza Crust Mix, quick rising yeast, vegetable oil, warm water and one egg into a mixing bowl.

Stir together until a dough is formed. Cover the crust and let it rise for 5 minutes.

Crack 12 eggs into a large mixing bowl.

Add some almond milk.

Whisk to combine.

To the egg mixture add diced peppers, mushrooms, bacon bits, ham, onions, salt and pepper. Stir until combined.

After 5 minutes place the crust in a greased baking pan and spread evenly with your fingers.

Place the crust in 425F oven for 5 minutes to partially bake.

Remove crust from the oven and top with the egg mixture.

Top with shredded marble cheese.

Return to oven at 375F for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

When cooked remove from oven.

Serve.
