Cheesy Garlic Green Bean Casserole - Gluten Free

Slice up mushrooms, onion and red pepper. Cook vegetables in olive oil in frying pan until just beginning to soften. Turn off heat.

Melt margarine in a large sauce pan. Add Gluten Free Flour and stir to form a paste. Add almond milk while whisking. Add seasonings. Bring almost to boil. Add green beans.

Scrape in all the vegetables from the frying pan. Stir to combine. Stir in 1 cup of grated marble cheese and bacon crumble.

Stir to combine.

Transfer the green bean mixture to a greased 9x13 inch pan and spread out evenly.

Mix bread crumbs and crushed Breton crackers together in a small bowl.

Spread the bread crumb mixture evenly over the top of the beans in the pan.

Top off the mixture with more grated marble cheese.

Place pan in a 375F oven for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven.
