Cherry Good Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Cook sweet potatoes in microwave on high power. Calculate 5 minutes for one potato and add 2 minutes for each additional potato.

Scoop flesh from sweet potatoes into a large mixing bowl.

Add some brown sugar, margarine and salt. Mash to combine all ingredients well.

Dump ingredients into a greased casserole dish.

Spread some cherry pie filling evenly over top of the sweet potatoes.

Create a ring on outer edge of casserole dish with some mini marshmallows.

Bake in a 350F oven for 25 - 30 minutes. Marshmallows should be browned.

Remove from oven.

Serve.
