Dark Chocolate Fudge

Dump some butter, evaporated milk and brown sugar into a saucepan over medium heat.

Stir until it starts to boil and then leave it to boil for 6 minutes.

After 6 minutes, pour the mixture into a glass bowl.

Add some dark chocolate pieces to the bowl.

Stir until the chocolate is melted.

Add some powdered sugar and stir it in.

Pour the mixture into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking pan and then leave to set for a few hours.

Remove the fudge from the pan and slice.
