Easy Instant Pot Pork Tenderloin and Rice

Cut pork tenderloin in half and rub each half with olive oil, paprika and pepper.

Using the saute function brown the pork tenderloin on all sides in the Pot.

Add some chicken broth to the Pot and use it to deglaze, scraping any brown bits from bottom.

Sprinkle in some rinsed and drained rice but do not stir.

Place the tenderloin pieces on a trivet in the Pot.  Set to Pressure Cook High for 3 minutes.

Allow the Pot to do a Natural Release for 12 minutes before removing the lid.

Transfer the tenderloin to a cutting board.

Remove the trivet and fluff up the rice with a fork.

Slice the tenderloin,  serve with rice and your favourite vegetable.
