Gluten Free Banana Cake

Add some eggs to a mixing bowl and beat until frothy with an electric hand mixer.

In separate large mixing bowl cream some margarine and granulated sugar together with electric hand mixer.

Add some eggs to the creamed ingredients and beat again until well combined.

Measure in some Gluten Free Baking Flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat until dry ingredients fully incorporated into batter.

Grease a 9" x 13" baking pan.

Scrape batter into the prepared 9" x 13" baking pan.

Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Allow to cool completely.

Once cooled frost with vanilla frosting.  Add a bit of banana extract if desired.

Cut into squares to serve.
