Gluten Free Blueberry Apple Crumble Recipe

Spread some blueberries out evenly in a 9" x 13" baking pan.

Peel and slice apples to make 4 cups. Spread apples on top of blueberries.

Sprinkle granulated sugar over apples. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top of the sugar.

Prepare the topping by combining Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Blend, brown sugar, margarine and salt until crumbly.

Spread evenly over the fruit mixture in the baking pan.

Place pan in a preheated 375F oven for 35 minutes or until topping is golden brown and blueberries are bubbling.

Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Serve warm or cold.
