Grilled Venison Loin Chops

Thaw  out 4 venison loin chops.

Prepare the 4 venison loin chops for marinating by deboning and cutting off all the fat.

Put venison chops in a ziploc bag with Italian salad dressing. Place in fridge for 4-6 hours. Turn bag a few times during marinating.

Before grilling remove loin chops from ziploc bag.

Place loin chops on a preheated bbq grill.

Cook approximately 2.5 minutes per side for medium rare.

Remove from grill and allow to rest for a few minutes.

Serve with your favourite sides and enjoy!
