Apple Sauce Cake  - Gluten Free

 Use a large wooden spoon to mix together some granulated sugar and eggs.

Stir in some Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour, baking soda and baking powder.

Fold in some apple sauce and cinnamon, if not already in apple sauce.

Fold in some raisins.  Can add some chopped pecans at this time as well if you like.

Stir until  all ingredients are well incorporated.

Grease a 9" x 13" baking pan.

Scrape batter into the prepared pan.

Bake in a 375F oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Once cooled stir some maple extract into Betty Crocker Vanilla Frosting and ice cake.

Once frosted you can leave plain or if you like you could sprinkle on some chopped pecans.

Slice into squares.
