How To Make Apple Sauce Cupcakes - Gluten Free

With an electric hand mixer cream together some sugar and softened butter.

Beat in some eggs and vanilla extra until well combined.

Measure in gluten free  flour, ginger, nutmeg, baking soda and baking powder. Add cinnamon if using.

Beat until all dry ingredients are incorporated. Add some apple sauce.

Pour in some almond milk.

Beat until milk incorporated into batter

Put cupcake liners into  muffin tins.

Scoop batter into prepared muffin pans.. Bake at 400F oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F for 6 - 8 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan for a bit then tranfer to cooling rack or flip onto sides.

Once cupcakes completely cooled use Penuche frosting  or frosting of choice to decorate.

If desired sprinkle crushed pecans on top to decorate.
