How To Make Bacon Wrapped Pineapple

If using fresh pineapple cut into chunks or use canned pineapple.

Cut some partially cooked bacon in half.

Wrap the 1/2 slices of bacon around the chunks of pineapple.

Skewer with a toothpick to hold in place.

Grease a small baking pan.

Put the bacon wrapped pineapple into the small baking pan.

Prepare sauce by combining some brown sugar and corn starch.

 Stir in the ketchup, soy sauce and pineapple juice or water.

Spoon the sauce over top of the bacon wraps.

Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 20 minutes

Remove from oven and serve immediately.
