How to Make Baked Macaroni and Cheese - Gluten Free

Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions in an oven safe pot.

Put olive oil into a frying pan over medium heat. Once oil is heated add some lean ground beef.

Break it up while it is cooking.

Once macaroni is cooked drain and rinse in sink.

Return to pot over medium/low heat.

Add some almond milk and diced tomatoes to the macaroni. Stir.

Add 3 cups of grated cheese. Stir.

Add the cooked lean ground beef to the macaroni mixture and stir until all ingredients are well combined.

Sprinkle another 3 cups of grated cheese evenly over top of the marcaroni mixture in the pot.

Place the pot in a preheated 400F for 30 to 45 minutes. Until cheese is melted or starting to bubble and brown.

Remove from oven when cheese has reached your desired doneness.
