Black Forest Crispy Rice Squares - Gluten Free

Melt some margarine with semi sweet chocolate chips in a large sauce pan over medium/low heat.

Cut up come glazed cherries.

Add some mini marshmallows to the melted chocolate.

Stir until they are all melted and the mixture is well combined.

Remove the sauce pan from the heat. Add gluten free  cereal to the sauce pan and stir until well coated.

Add in the cut up glazed cherries and stir until they are incorporated into the cereal mixture.

Press the cereal mixture into a 9" x 13" pan that has been greased with margarine. Use a greased spatula for this step as well.

While mixture is cooling cut at least 12 glazed cherries in half. Grate some baking square chocolate

Dump some white chocolate chips, almond milk and margarine into a microwave safe measuring cup.

Heat in microwave on med/high heat in 30 second intervals until almost all melted.

Pour the melted white chocolate evenly over the cereal mixture in the baking pan.

Place the halved cherries evenly over the white chocolate.

Sprinkle grated chocolate over the dessert in the pan.

Allow the squares to cool and set.

Once set cut into desired number of squares.
