How To Make Cereal Bars - Gluten Free

Crush some gluten free corn flakes in a ziploc bag using a rolling pin. Set aside.

Melt some butter in the microwave.

Combine the melted butter and some granulated sugar.

Stir in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.

Measure in  Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour, quick oats, psyllium husk powder, salt, baking powder and the crushed corn flakes.

Stir to combine.

Grease a 9" x 13" baking pan.

Spread batter out evenly in the prepared 9" x 13" baking pan.

Sprinkle some semi sweet chocolate chips evenly over the top of the batter.

Place baking pan in preheated 350F oven for 40 - 45 minutes, until light golden brown.

Remove from oven.

Allow to cool.

Cut into bars.
