For crust combine combine flour, granulated sugar and butter in a mixing bowl.

Use a pastry blender to combine until crumbly.

Butter 9" x 13" baking pan.

Press the crust mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

Meanwhile prepare topping by beating together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, maple syrup and melted butter in a mixing bowl.

Stir in some chocolate chips and pecans.

Pour mixture evenly over warm crust.

Return baking pan to oven, on middle rack, to cook for 40 - 45 minutes or until set and golden.

After baking, cool completely in pan.

Cut into squares.
