How To Make Festive Poutine

Cook french fries according to package directions.

Cook three packets of turkey gravy mix as directed on package.

While gravy is cooking cut up the turkey.

Add olive oil to a large frying pan and turn to medium heat. Once heated add turkey and festive stuffing.

Cook for about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low until fries ready.

Assemble poutine by starting with a layer of crinkle cut fries.

Then 1/4 of the turkey mixture followed by some of the cheddar cheese curd and top with gravy.
