How to Make Fireball Fudge
Get the Recipe

Put some cinnamon hearts into a Ziploc bag.

Crush the cinnamon hearts.

Turn a burner to medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of the crushed cinnamon hearts, brown sugar, evaporated milk, 2 tbsp of Fireball whiskey and cocoa.

Stir occasionally until butter melts and then stir continuously.

Once it begins to boil stop stirring and allow to boil for 8 minutes.

While the fudge boils melt some white chocolate with some almond milk.

Remove from microwave and stir in 1 tbsp Fireball whiskey.

After 8 minutes remove fudge from heat and pour into a pyrex measuring cup or bowl.

Stir in some Fireball whiskey.

Gradually stir some icing sugar into the fudge until fully integrated.

Grease an 8 x 8 inch baking pan and line it with a parchment paper sling.

Scrape into the prepared pan.

Scrape the melted white chocolate on top of the fudge and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining crushed cinnamon hearts over top of the white chocolate.

Allow to set for a couple of hours. Once hardened use the parchment paper sling to lift the fudge out.

Cut into squares with a sharp knife.
