How to Make Gluten Free Apple Crisp

Cut up enough apples to measure about 10 cups.

Spread apples in a 9 x 13" baking dish.

Sprinkle some granulated sugar and a 1/2 tbsp of ground cinnamon over the apples.

To make the topping mix oats, brown sugar, margarine, flour, remaining cinnamon and salt in a small mixing bowl.

Mix until crumbly.

Spread this mixture over top of the apples.

Bake at 375F for 40 minutes. Until golden brown.

Remove from oven and allow to cool.
