How to Make Gluten Free Biscuits and Gravy

In a medium size mixing bowl whisk together Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.

Cut in some margarine or butter.

Pour in some almond milk and use a large spoon to stir until a soft dough is formed.

Scoop the biscuit dough onto  parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Bake in preheated 425F oven for 10 - 12 minutes until a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

While biscuits baking pour olive oil into a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork sausage, sage, pepper, salt, rosemary and thyme.

Cook stirring to break up meat, until meat is browned. Add some flour and stir to coat all of the meat.

Add some almond milk.

Stir until the mixture bubbles and thickens.

Remove biscuits from oven when they are done.

Slice warm biscuits.

Smother warm biscuits in sausage gravy.
