How to Make Gluten Free Chicken Patties

Add olive oil to skillet and toast panko bread crumbs, parsley, pepper, sage and salt to the pan and toast about 5 minutes.

 Cut up the yellow onion.

Dump some ground chicken into a large mixing bowl with the diced yellow onion, eggs and lemon juice.

Add in the toasted crumbs.

Combine all ingredients together well.

Form the chicken mixture into 6 -  8 patties.

Heat olive oil in frying pan and then add patties.

Cook about 8 minutes per side.

Remove from heat.

Serve on a gluten free bun for a chicken burger.
