How To Make Gluten Free Cranberry Bliss Bars

1

Dump some melted butter and brown sugar into a large mixing bowl.  Beat together with an electric hand mixer.

2

Beat in some eggs, orange extract and vanilla extract until well combined.

3

Measure in some ground ginger, ground cinnamon, baking powder, salt and Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour.

4

Beat until just blended.

5

Dump in some white chocolate chips and Craisins.

6

Fold ingredients in with a large wooden spoon.

7

Line a 15" x 10" rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

8

Spread the batter out evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

9

You don't need it to go right to the edges.

10

Place baking pan in a preheated 350F oven for 20 minutes, until light golden brown at the edges.

11

Remove from oven. Place on cooling rack to cool completely.

12

Once completely cooled prepare frosting by beating some cream cheese and icing sugar together with an electric hand mixer.

13

Once creamy add some orange extract and mix well.

14

Spread the frosting on top of the bars.

15

Sprinkle some orange zest on top of the frosting followed by chopped up Craisins.

16

Melt some white chocolate on low in the microwave for 20 second intervals.  Stir in between intervals.

17

Use a fork to drizzle the white chocolate on top of the Cranberry Bliss Bars.

18

Cut into triangles immediately or put them in the refrigerator for a bit to set before slicing.

19

Serve.
