How To Make Gluten Free Creamed Corn

Pour almond milk into a medium size sauce pan over medium heat. Add some granulated sugar and salt.

Mix 2 tbsp of almond milk with 2 tbsp of gluten free flour to form a paste.

Whisk the paste into the milk mixture in the sauce pan.

Continuing stirring until the mixture thickens and just comes to a boil.

Reduce heat to med/lo, add the corn to the sauce.

 Stir to combine.

Add pepper if using.

Allow the corn to cook for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes serve from stove...

...or transfer to serving bowl.
