How to Make Gluten Free Mug Brownie

Melt some margarine or butter in a coffee mug using the microwave.

Mix granulated sugar, gluten free flour, cocoa, almond milk, baking powder and vanilla extract in the mug. Fold in some chocolate chips.

Place mug in microwave for 40 - 50 seconds on high power. I used 50 seconds in my microwave.

Remove from microwave and check doneness.

Once cooled, enjoy!

Add whipped cream topping if desired.
