Ground Beef Casserole

Dump some lean ground beef and diced onions into a skillet.

Once the ground beef is fully cooked, add some frozen corn and peas to the skillet and stir well.

Place a layer of sliced potatoes in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Spread 1/2 of the meat mixture on top of the potatoes.

Pour some gravy over the meat mixture.

Place another layer of sliced potatoes on top of the meat mixture.

Spread the remaining mixture on top followed by more gravy.

Bake for 1 hour and then remove from oven.

Top with shredded cheese and then place the dish under the broiler.
