How To Make Ham and Cheese Quiche

Chop up enough green onion and celery to make a 1/4 cup of each. Cut up some cooked ham into small pieces.

Grate some cheddar cheese.

Whisk together Miracle Whip, Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour, large eggs and apple juice (or wine if you are using).

Stir the cut up ham into the liquid.

Stir in the cut up green onion, celery and cheddar cheese.

Pour the egg mixture into an unbaked 9" gluten free pie shell.

Bake the quiche in the preheated 350F oven for 35 -40 minutes or until just starting to brown and center is set.

If crust is getting too brown cover the edges.

Remove quiche from oven.

  Slice.
