Instant Pot Cheesy Pasta and Turkey

Pour olive oil into Instant Pot and set to Saute Less for 7 minutes. Add ground turkey and the yellow onion.

Once turkey starts to brown add some garlic and stir occasionally.

When Pot shuts off turkey will still be slightly pink. Add  chicken broth with salt and pepper added. Use the liquid to deglaze the Pot.

Add 3 cups of water and some diced tomatoes.

Sprinkle in some fusilli noodles. Do not stir but push them down into the liquid.

Place lid on the Instant Pot, turn the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Pot to Pressure Cook High for 2 minutes.

Once the Pot is done cooking, immediately turn steam release handle to venting position and do a Quick Release. Stir contents.

Add some shredded cheese and stir until it melts.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
