Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup - Gluten Free

Cut up some onion and celery.

Add vegetable oil to Instant Pot and turn to saute low. When heated add onion and celery to Pot and saute until soft.

While the onion and celery are cooking you can cut up some cooked chicken.

Add one cup of water to the Pot and deglaze by scraping bottom of Pot to make sure it is clean of any bits.

Add some chicken broth and almond milk to the Pot. Stir.

Add  cut up chicken, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder and sage to the Pot and stir again.

Sprinkle the gluten free elbow noodles over the other ingredients in the Pot. Do no stir.

Place  lid on Pot, turn steam release handle to sealing position and set Pot to Pressure Cook High for 3 minutes.

When Pot is done cooking, turn steam release handle to venting position to finish with a Quick Release. Remove lid and stir soup.

  Serve.
