Instant Pot Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Dump some granulated sugar and margarine into a large mixing bowl. Cream together using an electric hand mixer.

Add 2 eggs and use electric hand mixer to beat until light and fluffy.

Measure in some peanut butter and cocoa powder. Use the electric hand mixer to beat until well combined.

Add in some mashed banana and beat again.

Measure in sifted Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 All Purpose Baking Flour, baking soda and salt. Stir with a large spatula or spoon until combined.

Fold in some semi sweet chocolate chips and some peanut butter chocolate chips.

Grease and flour a bundt pan for your Instant Pot.

Scrape batter into pan.

Cover pan tightly with tinfoil sprayed with cooking spray. Pour some water into Pot and lower in trivet with bundt pan.

Place lid on the Pot, turn the steam release handle to sealing position and set Pot to Pressure Cook high for 50 minutes.

Once Pot is done cooking, allow a Natural Release for 15 minutes then vent.  Remove  lid and trivet with bread.  Immediately remove tinfoil.

Allow bread to cool in pan for about 10 minutes before inverting on to serving plate.

Once cooled you can slice into serving size pieces.
