Instant Pot Crustless Quiche

Chop up ham and  vegetables. Grate some cheese and measure out some bacon crumble.

Crack eggs into a large mixing bowl. Add milk, salt and pepper. Whisk until blended.

Add in the ham, vegetables, 1/2 cup of the grated cheese and bacon crumble.

Whisk all the ingredients together well.

Grease an Instant Pot round cake pan.

 Pour egg mixture into  prepared cake pan. Add some water to the Instant Pot and place pan on trivet in Pot.

Place lid on the Instant Pot, turn  steam release handle to sealing position and set Pot to Pressure Cook High for 20 minutes.

Once Instant Pot is done cooking, allow it to do a Natural Release for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and lift out the trivet and quiche.

Sprinkle some cheese on top of the quiche. I did half because I wanted less dairy in mine.

Place the quiche under the broiler until cheese melts and bubbles.

Use plastic utensils to cut the quiche so you do not scratch the pan.
