Instant Pot Hamburger Steak

Dump some ground beef into a large mixing bowl.

Add quick oats, gluten free worcestershire sauce, ground mustard, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Use  your hands to mix all the ingredients together well.

Form the beef mixture into 6 patties.

Turn the Instant Pot to the saute function and brown the patties in some olive oil.

Carefully flip the meat over with two spatulas.

Remove the meat to saute  onions and mushrooms. Then use beef broth to deglaze Pot.

Place trivet into the Pot and carefully lower the beef patties onto it.

Place  lid on the Instant Pot, turn the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Pot to Pressure Cook High for 18 minutes.

When the Instant Pot is done cooking, turn the steam release handle to the venting position to finish with a quick release.

Transfer Hamburger Steaks to plate.  Turn Pot to Saute and add gravy packets.  Serve thickened gravy and vegetables over Steaks.  Enjoy!
