Instant Pot Pasta with Meat Sauce - Gluten Free

Pour olive oil into Instant Pot and turn to Saute Less function for 7 minutes. Add ground meat of your choosing. I used a mixture of turkey and chicken.

Sprinkle in some basil, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Break up the meat while it is cooking.

Add a cup of water to deglaze the Pot. Scrape any brown bits from bottom of Pot. Add more water.

Sprinkle in some Catelli Gluten Free Penne. Do Not Stir.

Push the pasta down into the water.

Place lid on Instant Pot, turn steam release handle to sealing position and set Pot to Pressure Cook High for 2 minutes.

Once Pot is done cooking, immediately turn steam release handle to the venting position. Remove lid and stir contents well. Drain any excess liquid.

Turn the Saute Less function back on and stir in some pasta sauce.

Allow to heat through stirring a few times.
