Add some Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour. Dump in mashed banana, baking powder and salt. Use a large spoon to stir in these ingredients.
Pour water into Instant Pot. Stack egg molds on top of trivet in Pot. Place lid on Pot, turn steam release handle to sealing position and set Pot to Pressure Cook High for 12 minutes.
Once Pot is done cooking, allow it to Natural Release for 10 minutes before venting.Remove lid and carefully lift out the trivet holding the egg bite molds. Immediately remove tinfoil.
