How to Make Instant Pot Pork and Bean Soup

Cut up some bacon and some yellow onion.

Add olive oil to Instant Pot and turn to Saute Less function for 10 minutes. Dump in the bacon and the diced onion. Stir occasionally.

Slice some weiners.

Add weiners to the Pot for the last couple of minutes to saute with the bacon and onion.

Pour in one cup of beef broth, to which you have added salt and pepper.  Use it to deglaze the Pot, scraping any brown bits from the bottom.

Pour in some more beef broth and some almond milk.

Dump in some cans of baked beans. Dump in a can of diced tomatoes.

Place lid on Instant Pot, turn steam release handle to sealing position and set Pot to Pressure Cook High for 0 minutes.

Once Pot reaches pressure and is done cooking, immediately turn steam release handle to venting position to finish with a Quick Release. Remove the lid and stir the contents well.
