Instant Pot Salsa Verde Pasta - Gluten Free

Pour olive oil into Instant Pot and turn to Saute Normal function. Add lean ground beef, sliced onion, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

The meat will still be slightly pink when Pot shuts off.  Add  water and use it to deglaze the Pot, scraping any brown bits from the bottom.

Sprinkle in some Catelli Gluten Free Fusilli. Do Not Stir. Push the pasta down into the water.

Pour in some pasta sauce. Do Not Stir.  Dump in some Salsa Verde. Do Not Stir.

Place lid on Instant Pot, turn steam release handle to sealing position and set Instant Pot to Pressure Cook High for 2 minutes.

Once Pot is done cooking, immediately turn steam release handle to venting position. Remove lid and stir the contents well.

Stir the contents together well.
