Instant Pot Tomato Beef Soup with Pasta - Gluten Free

Cut up some stewing beef into bite sized chunks and dice some yellow onion.

Turn Instant Pot to Saute Less function for 8 minutes. Add oil and saute cut up beef and onion.

When Pot shuts off the meat will still be slightly pink.

Add about one cup of broth and use it to deglaze the Pot.

Add more broth. Stir in some chopped celery, salt and pepper.

Dump in some diced tomatoes. Do not stir.

Dump in some tomato soup. Do not stir.

Place lid on Instant Pot, turn steam release handle to sealing position and set Pot to Pressure Cook High for 0 minutes.

Once Pot is done cooking, immediately turn steam release handle to venting position. Remove lid.

Stir the contents well.

Serve.
