How to Make Irish Cream Fudge

Dump some butter into a sauce pan over medium heat.

Add some brown sugar, evaporated milk and Irish Cream. Stir occasionally until butter melts.

Once butter melts begin to stir continuously until it begins to boil.

Once it begins to boil stop stirring and allow to boil for 7 minutes.

Grease an 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Line bottom of pan and 2 sides with a parchment paper sling for easy removal.

Melt some chocolate chips slowly in microwave on a low level.

Add 1 tbsp of Irish Cream to melted chocolate chips.  Add drop milk if not spreadable yet.

Remove fudge from heat and pour into a pyrex measuring cup or bowl.

Stir in 1 tbsp of Irish Cream.

Gradually stir some icing sugar into the fudge until fully integrated.

Scrape into the prepared pan. Spoon melted chocolate on top.

Spread the melted chocolate over top of the fudge in the pan. Allow to set for a few hours.

Use parchment paper to lift fudge out.

Cut into squares with a sharp knife.

Serve.
