How to Make Lazy Mashed Potatoes

Wash and pierce some potatoes. Place them on paper towel in the microwave and cook on high power for 12 minutes.

While potatoes are cooking place margarine and 1 cup of almond milk into a medium size sauce pan over med/low heat.

When potatoes are soft remove them from the microwave and place them in the sauce pan with the milk and margarine. Leave skins on.

Use a potato masher and begin mashing the pototoes. Add more almond milk 1/4 cup at a time until you get your desired consistency.

Leave on heat for a few minutes to heat through from additional milk.

Serve as a side with your favourite main course.
