How To Make M&M Brownie Cookies - Gluten Free

Measure some gluten free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl.

Whisk or stir until combined.  Set aside.

Dump some butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips into a large microwave safe bowl.

Heat butter and chocolate on low power for 20 second intervals. Continue heating until smooth when stirred.

Stir vanilla extract into melted chocolate.

Stir in some brown sugar and granulated sugar.

Beat in 4 eggs two at a time.

Stir in some almond milk.

Add the chocolate mixture into the large bowl with the dry ingredients.

Stir until just combined.

Fold in some milk chocolate chips and some M&Ms.

Stir again until just combined.

Scoop the batter onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet with a 2 tbsp scoop.  Leave a bit of space for the dough to spread out.

Bake in a preheated 325F oven for 12 - 14 minutes or until set around the edges.

Remove from oven and immediately press more M&Ms into warm cookies.

Allow cookies to cool on pan for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
