How To Make No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Dump some granulated sugar, milk, butter and cocoa powder into a sauce pan.

Turn heat to medium and stir occasionally while the butter melts to combine the ingredients.

Boil the ingredients for 2 1/2 minutes without stirring.

Remove from heat and stir in some peanut butter and vanilla extract.

Add some gluten free quick oats and stir until oats are covered in the chocolate mixture.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Scoop the cookie batter onto the prepared baking sheet. I used a 2 tbsp scoop.

Place baking sheet in fridge for 20 - 30 minutes to allow cookies to harden.

Once hardened, serve.
