How To Make No Bake Fruity Pebbles Cheesecake

Dump some dairy free cream cheese, icing sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl.

Use an electric hand mixer to beat until creamy. Add in a tub of Cool Whip and beat again to combine.

Fold in 2 cups of the Fruity Pebbles cereal.

Spoon the filling into a 9" gluten free graham crust.

Spread the filling evenly over the crust.

Use some raspberries and blueberries to decorate the outer edge of the cheesecake.

Sprinkle more of the Fruity Pebbles cereal in the center of the cheesecake.

Chill for at least an hour in the fridge before serving.
