Peel and slice peaches to make about 8 cups. Sprinkle the peaches with lemon juice.

Combine some maple syrup, corn starch and cinnamon.

Pour over the peaches and stir to combine.

Spread the peaches out evenly in a 9" x 13" baking pan.

Prepare topping by combining Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Add some margarine and use a pastry dough cutter to mix until crumbly.

Pour in some maple syrup and almond milk. Stir to combine.
