How To Make Peach Cobbler - Gluten Free

Peel and slice peaches to make about 8 cups. Sprinkle the peaches with lemon juice.

Combine some maple syrup, corn starch and cinnamon.

Pour over the peaches and stir to combine.

Spread the peaches out evenly in a 9" x 13" baking pan.

Prepare topping by combining Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Add some margarine and use a pastry dough cutter to mix until crumbly.

Stir in some quick oats.

Pour in some maple syrup and almond milk. Stir to combine.

Drop batter by scoopfuls over top of the peaches.

Smooth the batter out slightly before baking.

Place in a preheated 375F oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool slightly.

Serve it up plain or...

...Serve warm or cooled with whipped topping or ice cream. Drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
