Peanut Butter Brownies with Almond Flour

 Melt 1/2 cup margarine or butter in a large microwaveable bowl.

Add granulated sugar, almond flour, cocoa, baking powder and xanthan gum to bowl.

Blend ingredients well then add 2 eggs and vanilla. Beat them into the ingredients already in the bowl.

Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.

Use a rubber spatula to scrape mixture into a parchment paper lined pan.

Mix some peanut butter, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of almond flour together in a small bowl.

Once blended drop by spoonfuls into each quarter of the brownie batter in the baking pan.

Use a knife to create a marble effect with the peanut butter mixture.

Once marbled bake on middle rack of preheated 375F oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean.

Let cool and then use parchment paper to remove brownie from the pan.

When finished cooling slice into squares.
