How to Make Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Chop up some Peanut Butter Cups Thins into small pieces.

Add some peanut butter, sugar, egg, baking soda and vanilla to a large mixing bowl.

Cream the ingredients together with a large wooden spoon.

Fold in 1/2 cup of the chopped candy pieces.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop spoonfuls of dough onto the parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Press the dough balls down with a fork.

Sprinkle with coarse salt if desired.

Bake the cookies in preheated 350F oven for 10 minutes or until starting to turn golden brown around the bottom edges.

Remove from oven and immediately decorate the cookies with the remaining candy pieces.

Allow to cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a rack to finish cooling.
