How To Make Penuche Frosting

Melt some butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.

Dump in some brown sugar.

Stir until it comes to a rolling boil.

Remove the sauce pan from the heat. Stir in some almond milk until incorporated.

Stir in some icing sugar, one cup at a time.

Allow to cool completely.  It will firm up a little more as it cools.

Use frosting as desired.
