How To Make Pumpkin Surprise - Gluten Free

Dump some pumpkin puree into a large mixing bowl.

Add eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt and milk to the bowl.

Mix the ingredients together well.

Stir in some milk.

Pour pumpkin into a greased pan.

Bake in a 425F oven for 20 minutes.  Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle  gluten free cake mix over top.  Drizzle margarine and maple syrup on top.  Finish with a layer of chopped pecan pieces.

Return to the oven at 350F for 30-35 minutes. Until golden brown around the edges.

Cool in the pan before serving.
