Sweet Chili Thai Tuna Casserole - Gluten Free

Prepare gluten free pasta according to package directions but cut time down by a couple of minutes.

While pasta cooking cut up peppers, broccoli, tomatoes and carrots.

When pasta cooked strain and rinse.

Return to pot on med/low heat.

Immediatly add some flaked tuna and Sweet Chili Thai Sauce. Stir.

Add in the cut up vegetables. Stir.

Dump in some Miracle Whip. Stir.

Put lid on pot and allow to warm vegetables for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.

After 5 minutes serve immediately.

Top with extra Sweet Chili Thai Sauce if you prefer more heat.
