Use an electric hand mixer to cream together some margarine, granulated sugar and brown sugar.

 Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.

Measure in Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Blend with electric hand mixer until dry ingredients are well incorporatd.

Chop up some Turtle candies and stir them into the cookie dough with a large spoon.

Drop cookie dough by tablespoonfuls onto a parchment paper lined cookies sheet .

Bake cookies into a preheated 350F oven for 10 - 12 minutes or until browning aroud the bottom edge.

Remove from oven and allow to cool on the cookies sheet for a few minutes.

Transfer to a cooling rack.
